Mini Session Photography Contract
This agreement is made between Nicole Reid Photography (“Photographer”) and the undersigned Client(s) (“Client”) for a scheduled Mini Session.

A. Session Fee
1. The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable fee of __ in full at the time of booking.
2. Payment secures the Client’s designated time slot and may not be applied to any future or alternate sessions.
3. If the Client cannot attend, they may find another individual to take their place, provided the Photographer is notified in advance. The replacement Client must agree to the terms of this contract.
4. Failure to attend the scheduled session or late arrival resulting in missed time will result in forfeiture of the fee, with no refund or reschedule offered.

B. Location
1. Mini session locations are determined solely by the Photographer and communicated prior to the session.
2. All mini sessions take place within the Photographer’s selected service area; therefore, no travel fees apply.
3. Clients may not request alternate locations for mini sessions.
4. The Client is responsible for arriving on time at the predetermined meeting point. Sessions will begin promptly, and lost time due to lateness will not be made up.

C. Cancellations & Rescheduling
1. Due to the limited nature of mini sessions, cancellations, reschedules, or transfers are not permitted by the Client.
2. If the Client cancels, fails to attend, or arrives late enough that the session cannot be completed, the session fee is forfeited.
3. If the Photographer is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest mutual convenience. Availability during peak seasons may be limited.
4. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions (determined solely by the Photographer), sessions may be rescheduled. Sessions will be rescheduled due to dreary weather or mild drizzles.

D. Photographs & Delivery
1. The Client will receive a minimum of __ professionally edited, high-resolution digital images, delivered via a secure online gallery.
2. Galleries will remain active for 30 days. After expiration, a $25 fee will apply to reactivate and rehost the gallery.
3. The Photographer retains full artistic discretion in selecting and editing images. Unedited or RAW files will not be provided.
4. The Client may not alter, crop, filter, or apply additional edits to the final images.
5. Delivery is typically within 2 weeks of the session date. Timelines may vary slightly depending on season and workload.
6. The Photographer retains full copyright to all images and grants the Client personal-use rights only (printing, sharing, personal enjoyment). Images may not be sold, used commercially, or entered into contests without written consent.

E. Conduct & Responsibilities
1. Both Client and Photographer agree to maintain a professional, respectful, and cooperative environment.
2. The Client is responsible for the behavior of any children, pets, or additional participants during the session.
3. The Photographer reserves the right to end a session early if unsafe, hostile, or inappropriate behavior occurs. No refund will be provided in such cases.
4. Sessions are short and scheduled back-to-back; punctuality is critical. If the Client is late, the session will be shortened accordingly.

F. Liability & Limitations
1. The Photographer will take every reasonable precaution to deliver high-quality images. However, the Photographer is not responsible for:
• Missed shots due to lateness, uncooperative behavior, or interference from guests.
• Venue restrictions, lighting limitations, or uncontrollable environmental factors.
• Acts of God, technical failures, theft, or emergencies beyond the Photographer’s control.
2. In the rare event of total photographic failure (all images lost, corrupted, or destroyed), the Photographer’s liability is limited to refunding or rescheduling the session.
